Victor "The Baker" Rigeti was a loan shark whom Frank Gennaro was to owe $10,000. However, Gennaro was in debt due to his gambling addiction and was unable to pay him. When Gennaro joined the military and then volunteered for Project Abraham in the hopes of acquiring the needed money to clear his debt, Rigeti wrote to Gennaro in reminding him of his overdue payment to him (Rigeti) and his boss, and threatened to force his daughter, Lydia, into prostitution to cover the debt if he doesn't make the transaction soon.[1] Also, Rigeti provided Gennaro his personal account number at the South Boston Saving & Trust to wire the transaction.
