Tom Ridley

Tom Ridley serves as the Director of the Office of Special Projects (OSP) under the Noah Grace Administration.

Ridley's physical appearance is noted for having a large head and relatively small body, in which his detractors sometime referred to him as "the troll". He was also known for the colorful bow ties he worn, a surprisingly beautiful wife, and his ability to play pool. His voice was smooth and cultured and was famous for his mini-lectures.

He and like his cabinet members approved of Grace's contingency plan on establishing a truce between only the United States and the Chimera under Project Omega.
