The Bigger They Are is the fifth trophy to show up in the trophy sequence in Resistance 2. It is earned by killing the Leviathan.

• The name of the trophy is taken from the popular phrase: "The bigger they are, the harder they fall."
• Recycler, Fried Calamari, Exterminator, Flyswatter, The Bigger They Are, Big Game Hunter, and R.I.P. Jordan Shepherd are basically the same, with the exception of the number of stars on the trophies and the R.I.P. Jordan Shepherd is the only Gold trophy.
