The Second Battle for Tunnel-Through was a tatical victory for the Alliance, who had lured the Chimera from Blackwell, Oklahoma all the way to Tunnel-Through, for them to destroy the New American Republic and to eliminate Judge George Ramsey, to make sure that the Federal government was the only one around and to right the First Battle for Tunnel-Through's failure.
