Reims cathedral

Ruins of a cathedral in Reims.

Reims, a city in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France, lies 129 km (80 mi) east-northeast of Paris. During the outbreak of the Chimeran War, Reims became one of the very few safe zones occupied by the Maquis. In September 5, 1951, Maquis and British forces evacuated to Reims after their headquarters in Luxembourg City was overrun by the Chimera. From there Reims becomes a staging point for Maquis-British forces to attacking Chimera-occupied Paris during Operation Overstrike.[1]
