The Reaper Carbine is a weapon used exclusively by Slipskulls, and is only available to the player in the second playthrough. The Reaper Carbine has the advantage over other weapons in that it can held with one hand. This means that holding two at once is quite easy.

This weapon is acquired in the first level of the game during the second playthrough, near the doorway slightly to the left, (however the weapon itself cannot be collected in Co-operative) and is very effective against Slipskulls. The primary fire will make the player fire the right hand reaper. The secondary fire will make the player fire the left hand reaper.

Both reapers can also fire and track targets independently much like the Bullseye, but it does not need to tag an enemy to do this, meaning that the Reaper is a better weapon in many situations than that of the Bullseye; furthermore, the weapons' the auto-aim will not only target enemies but they will aim at their heads making this a very effective weapon against Leapers or small groups of enemies. It can be theorized that the weapons do this is through the use of the targeting lasers seen occasionally used by the Slipskulls, and an "on-board computer."

This weapon is only seen in use by the Slipskulls in Resistance: Fall of Man.
