Overseers are advanced versions of Chimeran strains which are responsible for controlling Primarchs in the Chimeran army and hold positions of command. They each control around 12 Primarchs, and hence are extremely influential in large scale Chimeran operations. They are noticeably much larger than their respective strains, and wield extremely powerful weaponry.
