The Liberation of Britain is a famous event that marks the turning point in the Chimera War. Despite all of British Resistance Command's bases being destroyed and only a fraction of their troops remaining, as a result of a long guerrilla war, victory was achieved when U.S. Army Ranger Sergeant Nathan Hale, who possessed an immunity to the Chimera virus, single-handedly destroyed the Central Tower in London, which in turn destroyed all other towers throughout the country, killing all Chimera Angels and causing all Chimera forces in the country to die.
