Larson is a troop commander in the 24th SAS Regiment's H-Squadron under the overall command of Lieutenant Childress. Larson and his troop fought in Operation Shear.
During Operation Shear, Larson was either securing the Chimeran tunnels with Saunders or fighting on the bridge underneath the pylons. When Sgt. Nathan Hale fought against a Titan by himself, Larson tried to get to him to help but he couldn't get through the fence.
