Doctor Ian Coxen was a British medic.
[edit] History
Little is known about Ian Coxen other than that he was a medic, who on March 23rd, 1950 published a report in his medical journal regarding the Chimera's ability to regenerate. He and his team of researchers had theorized that their regeneration wasn't only due to their metabolic rates, but also to a synthetic bacteria dubbed Sym-Bac. He was killed by a Howler along with two other soldiers in Manchester, as his body was carrying the Intel document. He treated the survivors inside Manchester Cathedral.
