Union City is a city in the northern part of Hudson County, New Jersey.
History[]
Union City was the site of a Protection Camp. After the Chimera began their attack on New York City in August 14, 1951, civilians fled the New York Metropolitan Area and were transferred to the Union City Protection Camp. However, Union City came under attack by the Chimera just as Tom Riley and Ellie Martinez arrived on the scene. Richard Gorrell used his Spire Beacon to attract Carriers and capturing humans, including Riley's family, from the camp, in which they were taken to the Conversion Tower.
