British Resistance

The remnant of the British Army, the British Resistance play a large role in Resistance: Fall of Man and Resistance: Retribution. They help Nathan Hale liberate Britain.
The British resistance was formed after the fall of Britain to the Chimera due to their King and the royal family escaped to Avalon One in Australia to gave the remaining British people with high moral and the courage to fight to established a resistance front against the Chimera. Eventually they learned that the Chimera were commanded by Angels and set out to capture and learned about the strains. On May 1951 they finally managed to capture an Angel and began to make negotiations with the United States of America, mainly SRPA, telling them if they send military aid to help the British they in return will give them the Angel (which they called a weapon of unparalleled power that could defeat the Chimera). Unfortunately Operation: Deliverance failed, but the resistance fought on.
Following the disaster of Operation: Deliverance, the Resistance have been assisted by American Nathan Hale throughout their battles, and furthermore uncovering the secrets of the Chimera, which leads to the discovery that the Chimeran towers scatter across Britain were not constructed but buried for untold years, thus furthering the mystery of the Chimera. However, the Resistance suffered massive offensives from Chimeran forces striking against their major stronghold bases.
On the July 14th, 1951, the British and American forces made a last standing assault on Chimera occupied London, became known as the Battle of London, which ultimately made a turning point for humanity as the destruction of the London Tower forces all the Chimera throughout Britain to be completely eradicated. From 1951-1953 they are the dominant Human faction in Western Europe and are continuing the fight against the Chimera.

The British Resistance possess mostly their basic standard weapons which were based on UED weaponry, but also acquiring over-the-sea military supplies from America such as the M-12 Sabertooth.
