Arthur is a resident of Mount Pleasant, in Pennsylvania, and a minor character that appears in Resistance 3.
He can be seen standing by the wall. He spots a small group of Grims and Leeches and then fires a few rounds with his Carbine. He manages to kill a Leech. This Leech explodes and infects the surrounding Grims, allowing Capelli to enter the abandoned mining town.
