Amelia was mentioned in the second text Journal of Haven level - "Home"
Amelia, whose parents are from Haven, Oklahoma, left the United States to go with fellow missionaries to build a church in Bogotá, Columbia. They were almost done building the church when the Chimera came. The other missionaries tried to teach Amelia to wield weapons and repel the invaders however she did not like guns.
It is unknown whether Amelia stayed in Bogotá or whether she was still alive when her parents received the letter.
